We were going on vacation for several weeks! Yes, we'll relax on the beach in South Texas with the grandchildren. We'll have a fun time with these charming kiddos and forget out work-a-day world for a time! We set the alarm system, turned on a radio and, Oh, no! The mail!
So we asked a 10 year-old neighbor to take in our mail, gave him a big bag to put it in and left. When we returned the mailbox was stuffed full of mail and the front door of the box was hanging open. Yikes! Bad decision!
Then we started our search for a locking mailbox that could store a lot of mail.
